Provides safe transportation for the clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Turns in Gas Credit slips and Medicaid Transportation forms daily. • Ensures the bus is washed, according to monthly schedule. • Immediately reports all transportation related incidents to Supervisor. • Attends weekly staff meeting. • Responsible for providing safe transportation. • Follows FCC and FPS policies and procedures. • Assists with taking children/adults to their classrooms. • Completes all required training in a timely manner. • Assists in delivering/picking up vehicles at shop. • Completes Work Orders on vehicle maintenance requests and other problems. • Keeps updated bus route directions in bus at all times. • Ensures Daily Bus Roster is turned in. • Checks bus at end of morning/afternoon routes to ensure no child remains on bus. • Completes Pre-Trip Inspections and maintains in file for review. • Maintains current and valid AR Driver’s License at all times and ensure the HR Department has a copy of this for their files. Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., Senior Center programs, and clients.
