As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our customers. 

Primary responsibilities will include: 

Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu, ensuring the highest standards of taste and presentation. 

Ingredient Handling: Manage and store food ingredients, including portion control, labeling, and maintaining freshness. 

Cooking Techniques: Employ various cooking methods such as frying, grilling, baking, and poaching to create perfectly cooked breakfast items. 

Recipe Adherence: Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistency in preparing breakfast dishes. 

Quality Control: Inspect food items for quality, freshness, and temperature before they are served to customers. 

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area. 

Collaboration: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and uphold a smooth kitchen operation. 

Menu Development: Contribute to developing new breakfast menu items, making recommendations based on customer preferences and market trends. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook, particularly in breakfast cuisine.
