What would you do in this role?
A Compliance Specialist provides consultative services to a wide range of post-acute health services in multiple states. This role provides general compliance services and support as well as focusing on your specific skills and abilities to assist participant organizations. The specialist will assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and state regulatory authorities.
Daily travel is required, and overnight travel is frequent.

FSA administers a collaborative program of compliance services called the Friends Services Alliance Compliance Program (FSACP).
The program is committed to ethical conduct that enhances the quality of service and care to residents/clients of participating organizations and protects their reputation and assets through the implementation and support of compliance and privacy programs as set forth by the Office of Inspector General, the Department of Justice, the Office of Civil Rights and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
