What would you do in this role?

A Compliance Specialist provides consultative services to a wide range of post-acute health services in multiple states. This role provides general compliance services and support as well as focusing on your specific skills and abilities to assist participant organizations. The specialist will assist with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements associated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and state regulatory authorities.

Daily travel is required, and overnight travel is frequent.

What do you need?

• A passion for the aging services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred
• Nursing Home Administrator License and/or Licensed Nurse, Licensed Therapist, or other related certification or licensure
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation
• Knowledge and experience with Life Plan Communities or post-acute care operations/administration.
