We are seeking a dynamic and dependable individual to join our In-Home Caregiver team for a dementia client. The In-Home Caregiver will be responsible for providing care and assistance to our client at in their home. We're looking for a compassionate and hardworking individual who is able to demonstrate excellent time management skills, communicate effectively with members of the care team, administer daily medication to our patient, help with bathing, meals and transfers. Shifts are every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2pm-10pm and every other Saturday from 2-10pm. We are looking for one person to fill all these shifts

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health of the patient throughout the day and call the office staff if necessary.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
