Friedwald Center is looking for a Full Time Activities Assistant to help with the day to day activities and programs in our Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

Essential Job Functions :

• Assist the activities director in planning, organizing, and implementing various activities.
• Meet resident needs and interests, taking into account the abilities and physical limitations of each individual resident.
• Participation in the resident's plan of care and documents residents specific interests and participation.
• Document attendance at activities.
• Work with volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations of activities programs.

Requirements:

• Must be an energetic individual who can assist in various activities in both small and large group settings

• At least 1 year experience in running/assisting group programs while interacting well with different personalities
• Must have experience in documentation
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid

Pay: $13.20 - $15.00 per hour
