Friday Harbor Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Friday Harbor, WA

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all greeting and reservation duties at the desk of our main entrance. As a team, we look to highlight an individual's unique qualities into our values and workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Requirements

  • Teachable Attitude
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
