At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Logistic Continuous Improvement Specialist located in Coral Gables, FL who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do

• Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsible for leading and managing the project execution and process improvement between the different areas of the Business within the Logistics and Operations area. Technology and operations improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate successful and rapid improvement process events; Assist in the collection of data identifying opportunities and for tracking improvements.
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects cost reductions and process performance improvements.
• Responsible for Value Stream Mapping of core business processes and the implementation of process compliance metrics.
• Evaluate the current Supply Chain processes to identify potential improvement, evaluate the impact and possible automation, and collaborate with the definition of the implementation strategy.
• Identify activities within the business that add value to the rest of the areas assuring optimal flows with the expected quality.
• Detect opportunities for improvement standardizing processes and maintenance over time.
• Projects' follow-up to ensure execution and implementation.
• Lead the Digital transformation of the Supply Chain.
• Lead operative improvement projects (centers, logistic platforms & hubs).
• Search of new methods and tools that assist with the improvement and evolution of the supply chain.
• Contribute to the operative improvement of the different teams. Culture of change. Continuous training in the business core tools and adopt new methods & skills through learning

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience

• SAP experience of 4 years or more
• Data analyst experience.
• Project oriented

Desired

• Deep knowledge of the Cosentino Business
• Knowledge of Basics of Logistics and/or Logistics certificates (APICS, etc.)
• Fluent in Spanish language
