Responsibilities :

Food Preparation :

Prepare and cook a variety of fried chicken products according to KFC's standardized recipes.

• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in the cooking process.
• Operational Excellence :

Follow established cooking procedures to meet KFC's quality and safety standards.

• Monitor and manage fryer temperatures and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food production.
• Food Safety and Sanitation :

Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow proper handwashing and hygiene practices to ensure food safety.
• Team Collaboration :

Work closely with kitchen team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

• Customer Service :

Contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality, delicious fried chicken products.

Assist in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a fry cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment.
