The Instructional Aide I will play a crucial role in contributing to the educational success and holistic development of Native American youth within the community served by the non-profit organization.
Summary:
The Instructional Aide I plays a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of Native American youth from grades K-12 within the Fresno American Indian Health Project Club House. This position involves providing instructional assistance, mentorship, and guidance to students, with a focus on academic achievement, cultural enrichment, and personal growth. Additionally, this person will work closely with administrators, and other instructional aides to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment. Collaborate with community leaders and elders to incorporate traditional knowledge and values into educational programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with the Native American Community and/or other minority groups.
