We are looking for a cleaning team to clean and take care of a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation rental/cottage in Munising, Michigan w a game room in the barn.

We are looking for a cleaning /care-taking couple who is/are:

1. Able to deep clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.

2. Excellent communicators (able to respond to calls/texts from our office within 15 minutes)

3. Able to pay attention to all the details a high-end property guest may expect. (Straitening pillows, folding towels perfectly, beds with straight lines)

4. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 6 hour block of time)

5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must)

6. Trust-worthy

7. Minor repairs (or at least reporting needed repairs) may also be required.

The $300 cleaning rate includes washing, drying, folding all linens & towels , plus cleaning the game room in the garage, plus the outside grill and patio.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $250.00 per day

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
