Hiring: Sanitation Associate
Location: Linden, NJ
Salary: $18.00/hr

Responsible for safeguarding products from contamination during task completion, ensuring thorough cleaning procedures are followed. Conducts pre and post-cleaning equipment inspections to mitigate contamination risks and promptly reports any potential hazards. Committed to learning and adhering to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required, while also ensuring fellow technicians comply with safety regulations.

Required:

• 6 months experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Mechanical aptitude for food processing equipment disassembly and reassembly, with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Excellent safety practices, with experience in OSHA programs.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capacity to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player mentality with experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings post-offer.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Sustain productivity in a refrigerated environment(32º-38ºF)
