- Use approved chemicals to clean and sanitize equipment, table, floors, and walls.
- Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment.
- Dispose of waste along assembly lines and prep workstations.
- Maintain clean floors.
- Dispose of all trash generated by the grab and go team.
- Document and maintain daily and weekly sanitation plans.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least one year of sanitation experience.
- Must be able to effectively perform in a multi-tasking environment with frequent interruptions.
- Able to work in a group setting.
- Able to work alone.
- Strong organization and active listening skills.
- Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
- The ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to clean.
- The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with help.
- Ability to work in Cold and Hot temperature rooms.
