What You Will Do

As a dependable and self-motivated Backend Sanitation worker, you will be responsible for keeping our facility clean and in orderly condition. You will carry out responsibilities to meet assigned daily goals.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Unload red totes when returned from CRC Recycling
• Load red totes into red tote washer / unload then stack into tote room – 7 to 8 min wash cycle per tote
• Load full red totes into CRC trailer for removal
• Manage both trash /recycling docks, band bails of recycling and load into appropriate trailer
• Clean and sanitize tote rooms and dock areas
• Collaborate with CRC on tote removal and trailer pick-ups and returns
• Partner with QA to ensure totes are being cleaned properly to prevent micro growth
• Clean outside area surrounding trash compactors
• Follow policies and guidelines as outlined in Team Member Handbook
• Work 12 hour shifts as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience
• Forklift experience
