- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is required.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool education.
- Strong literacy education skills, including promoting language development and early reading skills.
- Experience in implementing physical education activities suitable for young children.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment.
- Knowledge of special education strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that respects each child's cultural background and individuality.
