Come join our team! Fresh Ideas is hiring an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisorto lead our Coffee Shop on the campus of Park University. Our dream candidate is someone who is exceedingly passionate about coffee and creating incredible customer experiences. Though some coffee, food and/or customer service experience is helpful it’s not everything we’re looking for. We’re more interested in understanding your prior experience and how it led you to coffee, your work ethics, ability to learn quickly, and work smart!

Responsibilities Include:

• Successfully manage a fast-paced café with an emphasis on personal and professional customer service
• Promote a positive work environment, leading by example
• Management of inventory, employee scheduling, and reporting
• Coaching and Training a small team of Baristas

Qualifications:

• Appreciation and working knowledge of coffee and specialty drinks
• At least one year experience in a leadership role
• Strong time management, problem solving, and communication skills
• Previous experience within a branded coffee shop or high volume hospitality business

Qualifications:

• Possession of current ServSafe certification

• High School diploma/GED; Associate's degree in culinary arts preferred

• 1-3 years experience and/or training
