As a Marketing Communications Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our services and engage with our target audience.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, coordinate marketing materials, and manage various communication channels to effectively convey our brand message.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign performance.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to enhance brand awareness.
• Support the organization of events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
