Responsibilities

• Manage and update Brightwave Solutions’ social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, video) that promotes our products and services
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
