As a JAMBA STORE MANAGER, you will manage, run, and lead a Jamba store location, by assuming an active role in providing guidance to your team and outstanding customer experience with high quality, consistent product and sound financial results. You will manage the overall operations, sales performance and execution of brand excellence within your store. You will also carry out management responsibilities consistent with Jamba policies and legal requirements. 

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum one (1) year successful supervisory experience. Service, hospitality, or retail/restaurant experience preferred.
• Must have experience supervising line, staff and management positions. 
• Must demonstrate the following core characteristics: Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values, Customer Focus and Action Orientation.
• Requires ability to accommodate a flexible schedule.
• Be able to stand, bend, scoop and walk a majority of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• TB Clearance required. (done within 12 months prior to start date.) 
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
