Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform the essential duties required of the crew members & of the shift supervisors.
• Recruit, interview and hire all staff
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise all training and staff activities.
• Schedule all staff; and perform staff evaluations consistent with company guidelines.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs to maximize efficiency and control labor expense ratios.
• Publish a weekly schedule and taking in consideration projected sales to see how many labor hours can be utilized.
• Follow your store budget with targets for Sales, COGS, Labor Cost, and operating expenses. Targets will serve as your financial goals for any performance reviews and bonus programs.
• Ensuring all nightly sales reporting is up to date and accurate.
• Daily visits to the bank to take cash deposits and account for change needed in the store to operate efficiently.
• Directing the daily operations of the store ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and deliver customer relations.
• Financial accountability ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
• Coordinate the execution of all required system-wide and local promotional events, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities as directed by the Home Office and marketing Department.
• Maintain good working relationship with mall management and staff; attend meetings and participate in Merchants Association, Mall Marketing Committee, or similar activities.
• Encourage teamwork, the building of staff morale, and the resolution of conflict through staff meetings and daily communication.

• QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, high energy level and teachable spirit to keep employees motivated and engaged.Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.Show a mindset that demonstrates attention to detail. Required to display a capacity for problem-solving, personal growth, the ability to understand and work with moderately complex financial information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Scope of Store Operations"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Benefits:

Eligible for Health and Dental benefits after 90 days of employment. Will Receive 2 weeks’ paid vacation time (that cannot be used from November 1st through the first week in January). Will automatically be enrolled into bonus program after completing one full pay period.
