Job Responsibilities:

a.Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations:

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to address operational challenges promptly.

b.Managing Subcontractors:

Collaborate with subcontracted painters, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards.
Communicate regularly with subcontractors to provide guidance and support.

c.Customer Satisfaction:

Interact with clients during projects, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Implement customer satisfaction surveys and resolve concerns promptly.

d. Project Estimations:

Assist in preparing accurate project estimates, considering labor, materials, a overhead costs.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager in analyzing project requirements for pricing strategies.

e. Sales Support:

Utilize sales experience to support customer interactions and promote additional services.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Qualifications:
a. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

b. Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
Familiarity with project management processes and subcontractor coordination.

c. Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sale skills with the ability to support and contribute to the sales process. Digital skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
