RETAIL ASSOCIATE AT FRESH BAGUETTE Fresh Baguette is looking for a Barista/Cashier, retail associate for its newest location in McLean (6707 Old Dominion Dr #115, McLean, VA 22101). The main role is customer service oriented to ensure customers are always warmly welcomed and served in a clean and inviting environment from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM every day of the week. The retail associate works either morning shifts between 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM or afternoon shifts between 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
AS A RETAIL ASSOCIATE YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

• Serving baked goods, breads, and pastries,
• Making and serving coffee, sandwiches, salads,
• Providing friendly and prompt customer service, running a cash register
• Maintaining store safety, sanitation and proper food storage
• Addressing and answering customer complaints
• Paying close attention to the way products are displayed all over the day and to the cleanliness of the store
• Participating to develop a pleasant work environment and share the cultural values of the company as well as supporting continuously a harassment and discrimination-free environment for all employees

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Adhere to Fresh Baguette’s core values: Respect, Integrity, Committed, Team Players, Reliable, Customer Oriented
• Able to lift 50 lb
• English language proficiency
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorhip
• Experience working at a café or bakery would also be a plus
