Schedule: M-F 7-430 - currently working overtime

Compensation: $15.50/hr 

Warehouse Associate

FAMCO is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate who will make a difference in our daily operations. A Warehouse Associate accurately selects products and prepares website orders for shipment. You will process inbound and outbound small parcels & freight; move, load, receive, locate, relocate, stack and count product. This position requires the ability to work with other departments including co-workers as well.

Major areas of responsibility also include but are not limited to:

General:

• Pull, pack, and ship orders with precision
• Receive and organize inbound and outbound products
• Stock and maintain inventory
• Must be willing to operate a forklift, in house forklift training and certification will be provided
• Organize warehouse flow for continually improved flow
• Daily cleaning and process maintenance
• Using various computer programs to enter products
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and in accordance with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly warehouse.
• Adhere to and enforces safety practices. 
• Recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Some warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers
