PRINCIPALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works directly with field team and corporate management, to enhance and/or design and deliver educational training for field sales managers, fieldmanagement, marketing personnel, clinical and medical personnel (where requested), and FMCNA employees on RTGpharmaceuticalanddialysisproductsandservices.

• Supports the management of the sales readiness platformincluding integration of new content and user systems in coordination with internal and external partners.

• Coordinate with cross-functional partners across the organization to deliver training solutions that meet identified objectives.

• Support selling and soft skilldevelopmentofthesalesmanagers to enhance sales conversations and customer interactions.

• WorkswithLegal Medical Regulatory reviewteamstomanagethedevelopmentoftrainingmaterialsfromtheconceptionstagetodelivery. 

• Exercisesjudgmentinselectingmethods,techniques,andevaluationcriteriaforobtainingresults.

• ReviewsandcomplieswiththeCodeofBusinessConductandallapplicablecompanypoliciesandprocedures,local,state,andfederallaws,andregulations.

• Assistswithvarious projectsasassignedbydirectsupervisor.

• Attendsregionalandnationalconferencesasrequired.

• Otherdutiesasassigned.
