Route Driver / Sales Specialist

French Cleaners is looking for a new route driver who can help us deliver exceptional pick-up and delivery service. Our drivers are an essential part of our sales team and will be responsible for developing new customers and are eligible for commission to reward performance.

Responsibilities:

· Pick-up and drop-off customer orders safely.

· Communicate with customers on a regular basis to schedule pickups and special requests.

· Sell services to new customers and deliver consistent business growth.

· Work with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Drive and maintain a delivery van.

· Rack, inspect, and organize orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Skill Requirements:

· Excellent ability to build rapport with customers. A friendly and polite personality is critical.

· Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

· Ability to work independently.

· Attention to detail.

· Good Listener.

· Computer/Smart Phone Operation.

· Basic Knowledge of fabric and garment types.

· Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
