Fremont Motor Cody is Hiring a Pick up and Delivery Coordinator Near Cody, WY

The Pick up and Delivery Coordinator at Fremont Motor Cody is a full-time, hourly customer service position in the auto industry. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the pick up and delivery of vehicles for our customers in Cody, Wyoming. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Service Manager.

  • A successful Customer Relations Center needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a service department as it contributes to team-building with all dealership departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Service department.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Improves customer service quality by providing technical advice.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions.
  • Prioritizes work to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Maintains courteous and professional relationships in all situations with department employees.
  • Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
  • Downloads and follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Make CSI follow-up calls.
  • Picks up customer vehicles at the scheduled time
  • Drops off customer vehicles at the scheduled time
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing, walking, and sitting are regularly required. Stooping, squatting, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, and crawling may be requirements of this position. Ordinary conversational talking and hearing are required constantly. Other talking and hearing are required frequently for telephone calls, intercom and beeper calls, and monitoring equipment. Seeing requiring near and far acuity, the ability to adjust focus, and depth perception is required frequently in greeting customers, reading documentation and data processing. The physical demand described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work location is indoors. Noise ranges from moderate level to periods of exposure to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles being started and moved.
