Freese and Nichols, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Corporate Recruiter (Fort Worth - Hybrid)

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our established Talent Acquisition team in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. This position was created due to growing needs for both our corporate groups and our university recruiting strategy. Your role: As Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle from the time the business identifies a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer for corporate groups including marketing, HR, accounting, IT, and administrative support positions throughout the company. Partner with your clients to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process Use a variety of methods to identify talent including client and employee referrals, online applications, recruiting agencies, LinkedIn, and good old-fashioned networking Screen candidates through conversation to ensure they are qualified, interested and available before presenting to client for feedback Assist the client and candidate through the interview and offer process Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of our engagement with them During peaks in the university recruiting season you will help support our university recruiting strategy. This may include reviewing resumes, screening candidates, setting interviews, extending offers, and/or attending career fair events.
