Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Trimmer to join our team. As a Tree Trimmer, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for trees, ensuring their health and appearance. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of tree care techniques and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Duties:
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks according to industry standards
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to safely climb trees and remove branches
- Knowledge of rigging systems for elevated tree work
- Provide guidance and assistance to crew members during tree care operations
- Maintain clean work areas by removing debris and disposing of it properly
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in tree care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and pruning techniques a PLUS
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care and garden upkeep
- Proficiency in using rigging systems for tree removals
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

ABILITY to use spikes when NEEDED & also able to climb WITHOUT spikes!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
