Freeman Hyundai and Genesis of Irving is seeking an Experienced Professional Service Advisor to join our team!

Applying candidates for the position must have: Full Time Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (minimum of 2 yr), outstanding communication skills, professional appearance, along with a strong positive work ethic. The traits of a positive, accommodating and empathetic personality are a must! This position requires an individual who follows through to the smallest detail and can accurately document repairs. Some, but not all, of the responsibilities will include: Enthusiastically greeting our service customers in a friendly sincere manner; listening to the concerns about their vehicle; documenting these concerns and developing an appropriate estimate for diagnosis and/or repair. Reviewing service records to determine possible warranty coverage or recall status, determining maintenance needs of vehicle and offering to customer.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

· Committed to exceeding customer expectations.

· Effectively communicate with consumers and fellow co-workers on service/repair needs. Complete and accurate posting of repair order information.

· Ability to identify and capture service opportunities before you.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
