Job Description:

Landscape Laborers would work as a member of the team under the supervision of the Site Forman or Management personnel. They would be responsible for completing landscape installation jobs with highest level of quality and efficiency.

Functions:

· Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis

· Work as part of a team and take direction

· Communicate and coordinate with the foreman and fellow piers

· Follow best practices of installation and company standards

· Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery

· Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

· Other duties as required

Requirements:

· Basic knowledge of residential landscape installation

o Drip Systems

o Irrigation Installation

o Plant Installations

• Speak English, bilingual is a plus

· Previous landscape and horticultural experience is a plus

· Current California Driver’s license with clean driving record

· Basic knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications

· Basic knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees

· Highly motivated and self-driven individual with attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and multi-task

· Experience in operating Ditch Witch/ Bobcats and other pertinent equipment is a plus

· Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background

· Punctual and dependable

· Polite and courteous
