To qualify you must have your barsmarts certification and at least 2 full years of bartending experience. This position is for our high volume rooftop bar Broken Shaker.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Preparing alcoholic andnon-alcoholic beverages and cocktails for bar customers
• Interacting with customers, takingorders and serving food where necessary
• Accurately and promptly fulfilguest orders and resolve guest complaints
• Provide the best service by understandingall aspects of product knowledge for the creation and dispense of drinks andtable maintenance
• Maintain a consistent service,following company standards & procedures
• Be Responsible for all cashhandling whilst you are on duty
• Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, Fire Safety and FoodHygiene compliance
