What You Will Do
We are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to facilitate excellent customer, partner, and community experiences at our Richland showroom location. This position is an intersection of concierge, reception, marketing, and admin, and we need a dynamic, outgoing individual to fill it.

We are looking for a team member who is flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and able to learn new systems and processes quickly. This position has a great opportunity to grow and support or lead various parts of the organization.

Client-Facing, Showroom Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct calls, greet showroom visitors
• Welcome walk-ins, take down potential project information
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the showroom
• Stock the showroom with snacks and beverages
• Assist with showroom, industry, and team events
• Execute Freeform’s Showroom Experience Plan for client meetings
• Create digital invitations for notable client meetings
• Coordinate client gifts and thank yous after meetings and projects
• Schedule product rep visits to the showroom at the direction of market lead

Marketing Support Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination for internal and external events
• Assist in creating a consistent and engaging social media presence
• Coordinate with external contacts and vendors for marketing needs (printers, photographers, designers, etc.)
• Assist in coordinating both internal and external photo and video content (project photos, presentation content, etc.)

Executive Admin Responsibilities

• Help book and coordinate travel for the team
• Support leadership with various tasks
• Coordinate ‘loaner’ furniture for conferences or events
• Handle cross-location and customer shipping and mailing
• Run errands for the showroom as needed

What You Bring

• 1 years of experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or marketing, plus a resume that reflects: solid problem-solving / adaptability, proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a team, a record of capability in managing complex dynamic long-term projects, proven record of achievement in previous roles or school
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and suite of products; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• Service-focused mindset, excellent listening skills, and a love of communication and solution-seeking
• Superb writing and communication skills for customer and team communication in which to deliver Freeform’s objectives and values
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, managing work and professional relationships, and interpersonal communication
• A passion for customer success and service
• Ability to thrive in an interdependent team environment
• Alignment with Freeform’s core values & purpose
• Ability to learn quickly

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience. Freeform offers employees a generous benefits package including unlimited PTO, employer-paid health insurance, 401k program, and opportunities for bonuses and profit-sharing.
