At this time, we are hiring a full time Maintenance Technician! The Maintenance Technician provides general community maintenance and related repairs throughout the property.
Responsibilities
Works on renovating apartments, responds to resident work order requests, electrical repairs (fixture, outlets, switches, circuits) and plumbing. HVAC experience a plus. Previous experience in general apartment and or healthcare maintenance preferred.
Schedule: Full time 8:00am to 4:30pm with weekend availability.
Salary: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour depending on experience.
