Swim Lesson Instructor

Swim Lesson Instructors are contracted individuals who conduct private swim lessons with individuals at least 2 years of age surrounding water safety, survival swimming skills, and pre-swim team techniques utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis.

Supervisor: Community Engagement Coordinator

• Conduct 1:1 swim lessons with individuals at least 2 years of age for 8 consecutive weeks utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis
• Provide direct instruction to caregiver(s) regarding activities for generalization of skills and maintenance of water safety skills
• Complete billing documentation for session implementation
• Attend annual trainings on implementation of applied behavior analysis to movement program

• Lifeguard and CPR Certification
• At least 18 years of age
• Pass a national background check
• Pass a drug screening

• Maintain Lifeguard certification
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to pass randomized drug screenings
• Completion of FREEDOM Therapies General Onboarding within 5 business days
• Completion of FREEDOM Therapies Swim Lesson competency assessment within 5 business days

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
