DUTIES:
- Oversee the billing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all patient visit entries
- Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies or issues and take appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related inquiries or disputes
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

-Call needed insurance compaines to resolve issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to billing practices
- Generate reports and present findings to senior management

-Hours: Tues 8-5, Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-1 (flexible)

REQUIRMENTS:
- Experience in chriopractic/medical billing or accounting
- Strong knowledge of billing principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
