We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or retail setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments accurately
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Proficient in beverage preparation techniques and beverage customization
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
