Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• Hire, train, motivate and support a high performance automotive sales staff. Assist in closing deals
• Implement objectives for achieving automotive sales and gross profits.
• Monitor sales staff's performance and hold them accountable for meeting goals.
• Work with the general manager on recommending advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives
• Audit all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
• Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.
• Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws pertaining to auto sales.
• Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars.
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - Sales Manager:

• 2 years’ prior automotive sales managerial experience required
• Inventory control experience
• High-energy, positive, and outgoing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
