Site and utility heavy construction company seeking skilled Operator to run dozers and backhoes for grading, fill, trenching and other heavy constructions tasks. Must have experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand elevations as they pertain to cuts & fills and be able to read grade stakes.
• Understand proper sloping techniques and safe trenching
• Ability to perform inspection of equipment and notify Supervisor of issues.
• Properly grease machine, check fluids, and maintain equipment in a professional manner.
• Perform skillful work with a minimum of 1 piece of equipment in a productive, safe manner. (Not including skid steer, roller or site truck)
• Assist mechanics while on site to perform repairs of equipment

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in the industry an operator
• Have an updated OSHA 10 training card.
• Must attend monthly 5-Star meetings
• Must be a focused on personal and teammate safety
• Must be a team player and be actively focused on company goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
