Full job description

We are a dynamic and growing company that specializes in Fence and Deck installation. Our mission is to provide high-quality products and services to our customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team and help us reach our sales goals.

Job Description: The salesperson will be responsible for running appointments for potential clients. They will be expected to meet with potential customers in designated areas, distribute marketing materials, and engage in face-to-face conversations. The salesperson will be responsible for educating potential customers about our products and services and identifying opportunities to follow up and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Run appointments in designated areas
  • Distribute marketing materials and engage in face-to-face conversations with potential customers
  • Educate potential customers about our products and services
  • Identify opportunities to follow up and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation and sales activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
