Are you looking for a dynamic role that blends office responsibilities with fieldwork? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Supervisor (CCS) to join our home care team at Freedom Caregivers.
As a CCS, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our office functions while making a meaningful impact in the field. This is a flexible position that allows for a balance between working in the office and caring for clients or training new caregivers. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm, but some flexibility in hours will be necessary at times.
The ideal candidate is either an STNA or HHA with a minimum of 1 year of experience, as well as experience working in an office setting.
What you'll be doing as a Client Care Supervisor:

• Caring for senior clients in their homes providing personal care, housekeeping, and other assistance.
• Lead efforts to ensure a positive first impression on new clients and new caregivers.
• Assist the Branch Administrator with answering telephones and managing the schedule.
• Assist with filing and employee/client record management.
• Assist with orientations and onboarding of new caregivers.
• This position may also provide opportunities for advancement within the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of healthcare or home health experience as an STNA or HHA.
• Must be able to use a smart phone and computer proficiently, office experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Salary Description

$13-$16/hr
