Job Summary:

FreeCast is seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Janitor/ Handyman/Warehouse Technician. This position requires a multi-skilled individual who can handle a variety of tasks related to maintenance, janitorial duties, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities across different areas of the facility.

M-F 8 hours / day, Occasional nights or weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Refill restroom and breakroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, stairways, and breakrooms.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
• Operate hydraulic pallet lift to move materials and products within the warehouse
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Inspect and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues in the facility.
• Assist with shipping, packing, and loading/unloading of goods as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance and repair and warehouse work required.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in warehouse environments is a plus
• Authorized to work in the US without visas sponsorship
