We are seeking enthusiastic Summer Camp Counselors to join our team at our family-friendly gym in the Old Mill District! The Summer Camp Counselors will be responsible for supervising and leading our Kids Ninja Warrior Summer Camps and ensuring kid's safety and well-being. This is a great chance to have an exciting and rewarding summer job!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation of daily camp schedules
• Check campers in and out of camp
• Organize and lead group games and Ninja Warrior circuits (paid training provided)
• Supervisor campers during open play
• Provide guidance and support to campers in a positive and nurturing manner
• Sell snacks and drinks
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and other staff members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in sports coaching, behavior management, classroom management, special education, childcare, or related K-8 settings preferred
• Strong skills in behavior management and conflict resolution
• Ability to engage children in fun fitness activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• First aid certification is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
