Bring new energy to our retail store and team! Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures

- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising store staff

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability

- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records

- Create employee schedules and assign tasks to maximize productivity

- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Oversee merchandising and visual displays to attract customers

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management

Skills/Qualifications:

- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing budgets

- Excellent administrative skills for record keeping and reporting

- Proven experience in supervising a team in a retail environment

- Solid understanding of retail management principles and practices

- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Knowledge of stock management techniques to optimize inventory levels

- Experience in supervising employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.

- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Ability to maximize loss of internal and external theft
