Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate. As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership.

Duties:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Conduct inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions
- Apply retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales totals
- Assist with sales activities, including product demonstrations and test drives

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Strong math skills for inventory control and retail calculations
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for effective communication with diverse customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
