Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the food industry. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing the daily operations of our establishment. Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts

- Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness

- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain a positive work environment and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred

- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety regulations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
