Position Overview:
Are you someone who loves to make an impact and enjoy challenges? The Capital & Stress Testing Governance team (within the Capital Department in the Finance Division) is seeking a governance professional to support
* Development of guidance to 1st Line of Defense process owners engaging in DFAST & internal stress testing for Capital Plan related activities to drive execution and documentation consistency
* Risk and control self-assessment for Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing (DFAST), Capital Plan, ERCF Capital Reporting, and other processes
* Identification critical data elements used in stress testing and related mitigating controls
* Monitoring the compliance with internal and regulatory stress testing requirements
Our Impact:
* We collaborate with Division CFOs, Division Risk Officers, Enterprise Risk Management, and others to provide financial/capital forecasting/internal stress testing reporting, guidance and governance, and process enhancements
* We streamline the financial/capital forecasting and internal stress testing processes by increasing efficiency while maintaining effective risk management practices
* We are building DFAST & internal stress testing capabilities that will enhance our business decisions and risk management capabilities
* We act as the main liaison with FHFA for DFAST & internal stress testing related matters
Your Impact:
* You will support with process owners to perform risk and control assessments across the division
* You will collaborate with Division CFO teams to build and enhance governance in financial/capital forecasting and internal stress testing, including process documentation (process flows), risk & control data management/monitoring, and model & end user computing (EUC) usage/registration
Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in finance or risk management
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
* Good understanding of Operational Risk Management principles
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $83,000 - $125,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
