We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Answer customer inquiries in person, or over the phone
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Experience in retail sales is desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
