- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Experience in retail sales is desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
