Duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Diagnose and repair problems in such areas as: general electric, plumbing (advanced knowledge a plus!), basic carpentry, and flooring

-General maintenance of currently occupied apartments and commercial properties, involving basic troubleshooting

-Work directly with residents and team members to diagnose, assess and repair issues

-Completes assigned work orders for residential requests for service, routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements

-Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes and/or commercial properties for leasing and new move-ins

-Needs to have excellent communication skills

-Must have own vehicle-truck is a plus!

-Must submit to and pass a background check

Requirements:

-Must be 18 years or older

-Preferred 2 years or more of relevant experience

-Must have valid driver's license

-Must have own currently registered vehicle-truck is a big plus!

Interview includes a short skill level written quiz, one on one interview with regional director and maintenance tech, and walk through of a vacant property to explain different processes needed to make ready
