The Fred Finch Wrap Connections program is seeking BBS registered clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence based wraparound services to children and youth ages 5-18 years. As part of the Wrap Connections program, you will make a difference in the lives of youth and their families, gain hours towards licensure while becoming trained in specific clinical modalities, learn Medical documentation standards while having multiple avenues for professional growth.

What You Will Do
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical assessment (i.e., diagnosis, behavioral health assessments, client plan and progress notes) through a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic based services, and case management to a diverse population of at-risk youth, young adults, and families.

Shifts Available
Full Time – afternoon and evenings required. Work remotely with clinical services provided in the community, office and telehealth settings.

Salary Range
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $33.03 and $53.80 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Bring to The Table (requirements):

1. M.A. Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
