CarQuest Langhorne is looking for a store manager. The applicant must have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for automotive excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team at CarQuest Langhorne. The manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge and professionalism among staff.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories, as well as industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management software
