Auto Body Assistant General Manager/Production Manager - Immediate Need!
FRED BEANS CARSTAR Collision of Flemington is looking for a production minded individual to assist in the management of our Center. Experience with Collision or Production Models is required along with expectations for high quality and timely repairs. Extremely busy shop with an opportunity for a career changing position.
Qualifications:
Prior Production or Shop management required
Pa Appraisers License preferred
CCCONE Experience with Repair plans helpful.
Experience in Collision Estimating, Production or Repair preferred.
5S philosophy, Lean Manufacturing or Green Belt Training a plus
Ability to work in team environment and lead others
Possess strong communication skills
ICAR Certification helpful
